Daniel Dellafosse is a bay area native. He provides business and corporate legal services to startups, small to mid-size businesses, and equity applicants in the California cannabis industry.
His corporate practice area focuses on corporate governance for cannabis businesses. His practice promotes access to legal services by representing equity applicants and modest means clients.
In addition to his practice, Daniel is a founder and executive member for the Cannabis Law Section at the Alameda County Bar Association. He is also the secretary for the Real Estate Law Section at the Alameda County Bar Association.
Daniel enjoys cooking, fishing, and golfing. However, most of his time is spent with his family.
